Key Responsibilities

Create high quality questions with solutions at various blooms level ensuring the uniqueness of the questions in the bank
Review existing content at the question bank for your domain and ensure that the content is at desired quality
Take full ownership of maintaining the quantity and quality of the question bank in the respective domain
Prioritize, plan and execute the work to achieve completion of the chapters in your domain
Own the entire process mapping of new books
Follow all the reporting formats, regularly draw insights from the reports and plan your work in coordination with the overall content targets
Follow standard processes defined for the content creation
Take active part in the area of R&D for the content
Work closely with engineering team for R&D
Create the guidelines of content creation specific to your subject and keep them up to date to the new learnings
Support implementation of Assessed at our client schools
Keep self-updated on the latest global developments in the industry and emerging trends in
adoption of online education
Managing work with internal and external team members for the subject and train new joinees on the content processes
To support academic leadership in the program
Contribute towards the strategic vision
Essential Cognitive Skills
Strong subject knowledge
Problem solving ability in your domain till K-12 grade level
Proficient in English
Preferred Cognitive Skills
Basic understanding of Blooms Taxonomy.
Basic grammar knowledge for quality-driven content.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

0-5 years of work experience in any of the area such as teaching, content creation and
teacher training in your subject
Bachelors degree in your domain
Masters degree in your domain is preferred
