JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Experience in core Accounting Real Estate software like
JDE/YARDI/MRI/CTI for a minimum of 2 years.

* Must hold strong knowledge in General Ledger Review, P&L
Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Monthly closing
procedures and workpapers.

* Candidates must be good in MS Office applications, specifically
Word and Excel.

* Ensure delivery of products, as well as standards of service
(relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.)
are to the agreed SLA’s.

* Should possess very good communication and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Require to demonstrate the expertize in Accounting and Financial
concepts.

* Should be responsible for Delivery with good quality and
maintaining the TAT provided by the supervisor.

* Should be responsible for product quality control.

* Will be responsible for training the team members for improvising
the team domain knowledge.
