What You’ll Do

1.Subsidy and Loan Consultancy

• Understand clients’ business needs and consult the best government subsidy or loan options for them.
• Guide them through the application process, from gathering paperwork to submitting documents.
• Conduct credit assessments to check eligibility for subsidies and loans.

2.Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with clients, banks, and government agencies.
• Keep clients updated and make the entire process easy for them.
• Attend client meetings, bank visits, and government sessions as needed.

3.Market Research and Strategic Insights

• Research market trends in government subsidy programs, lending rates, and MSME policies.
• Update internal teams on regulatory changes and financial products to ensure optimal client solutions.
• Train your teammates on government schemes, loan processes, and financial strategies.
• Share your knowledge by preparing case studies and brainstorming better ways to serve our clients.

Skills:

• Knowledge of government subsidy programs and business loans.
• Ability to evaluate creditworthiness and manage financial documents.
• Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build trust.
• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organized and good at meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to visit events and banks as needed.

Bonus: Familiarity with MSME-specific schemes and financial products is a plus.

Additional Information:

·      Work Environment: On-site

·      Travel Requirements: Would be required to travel for visits to bank branches, government offices, client location and events.
