Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for attending to inbound enquiries (10-15 inbound calls a day) from US customers who would be calling to inquire/purchase car parts such as engines, transmission and other parts and accessories.
Candidates will be responsible to quote price options to these customers, gather their contact details and close the sales either on the same call or via numerous follow-ups using our omni-channel CRM via text (SMS),call or email. (Car parts such as engines, transmissions etc).
Candidates will be responsible to update every activity on our CRM in the process of the entire customer/buyer journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of US B2C experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, inbound upselling or similar projects which require immaculate sales or convincing skills over the phone.
Must have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with neutral to as-close-as American accent.
Team Leader or Manager experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft office tools is an added advantage.
High process & sales orientation.
Must be very good with numbers and muti-tasking.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
Must have a laptop or computer with most updated technical requirements, noise cancellation headsets, quiet place at home to work, 2 lines of high speed and stable internet connection and consistent power supply with backup.
Must be available to start within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your candidature.

High monthly base salary + daily/weekly/monthly incentives.(Top agents make as high as 1000 in monthly incentives).
Shift timings - 1st Option: 9 am to 7 pm EST (6:30 pm IST to 4:30 pm IST). 2nd Option: 6 pm EST to 4 am EST (3:30 am IST to 1:30 pm IST) - Mon-Fri.
