Job Description

North Eastern Police Academy invites application for the position Superintendent 

Applications are invited from eligible individuals for filling up 1 (One) post of Superintendent (i.e. Office Superintendent) in North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw, Umiam, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya, purely on an outsourcing basis for a period of one year from the date of engagement or till attaining the age of 65 years or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

Remuneration:
i. Pay Level — 6 in the Pay Matrix @ Rs. 35,400- 1,12,400 (Remuneration for other than retired personnel: Rs. 46,374/- i.e. Basict DA @31%).
ii. Remuneration for the personnel retired from Govt. service will be fixed as per their “Last pay drawn minus monthly pension before commutation plus admissible rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) on the date of engagement.

Period: Period of one year from the date of engagement or till attaining the age of 65 years as on 29/12/2021 or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

Qualification/ Experience: (a) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University (Desirable); and (b) having three years’ experience in administration and establishment matters.

Nature of Duties: The Superintendent is the in-charge of office establishment comprising of various sections. He is responsible to Adm. Officer/Dy. Director (Adjt.) and other duties assigned by the higher authority.

Age Limit: 65 years
