Education:Diploma / BE Mechanical

Experience:1 to 3 Year in machining department

Language:Gujarati, Hindi, English

Job set-up, VMC program modification, Planning execution, Shift wise work planning, Man power handling, Job inspection and Misc. report. 

Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems, always leading by example. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.

• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

• Maintains time and production records.

• Confers with other supervisors and functional groups to coordinate activities of

individual departments.

• Performs activities of workers supervised, this a “hands on position”
