2–5 years of tyre/fleet service experience
Knowledge of tyre operations, alignment, and safety
Basic computer skills

Wheel Alignment Knowledge: Ability to oversee and ensure accurate truck/bus alignment for better tyre life.

Breakdown Handling: Ability to coordinate quick and effective responses to on-road tyre emergencies.
Service Quality & SOP Compliance: Ensures all tyre services are delivered as per company standards and procedures.
Inventory & Material Management: Manages tyre stock, tools, and consumables efficiently at the site.
Operational Planning: Allocates work and plans daily operations for smooth workflow and productivity.
Data Recording & Reporting: Maintains accurate service logs, reports, and tyre performance data.
Safety Compliance: Ensures all service activities follow safety rules and use of PPE.
Customer Coordination: Communicates with customers to address daily needs, queries, and issues.
Tool & Equipment Handling: Ensures proper use and maintenance of tyre service tools and alignment machines. Analytical Problem-Solving: Identifies issues in tyre performance and suggests improvements based on root cause analysis.
