Supervisor Required for HVAC Duct Cleaning Firm with command in English and Hindi and willing to work in night shifts.

Responsibilitiesand Duties

• Responsible for day-to-day performance of assigned teams

• Helping team understand the work and ensuring on time delivery of service.

• Work SchedulingCoordinating with team, and ensuring a safe environment and work procedures are followed.

• Providing real-time feedback on work status.

Assuring quality standards are maintained throughout the course of work.

• Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism.

• Assisting is resolving emergencies like quality or a customer related problem post escalation by the management.

• Providing reports and activity updates to management.

• Assessing staff capabilities and performance.

Travelling and executing jobs across the country when demanded by the management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience needed in supervising staff

Should be a graduate
