SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

NewAge Products Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of high quality, first-class home and garage storage products based out of Vaughan. As a leader in our industry, we provide our customers with new and innovative storage products that are competitively priced to meet consumer's needs and budget. Our products are sold in major retailers such as Home Depot, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart and more.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

Duties:

·        Track and trace shipments from our suppliers and communicate all exceptions (delays, transshipments, change in ETAs, etc.) to Head Office

·        Maintain shipping details and ETAs up to date on ERP system (SAP B1)

·        Validate suppliers' Commercial Invoices and request revised documents as needed

·        Review and approve freight invoices, customs entries, and dispute billing/entry errors

·        Maintain communication throughout the Supply Chain and ensure all import documentation is received and accurate

·        Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing transactions from warehouses

·        Document discrepancies, identify root causes and recommend possible solutions

·        Process inventory adjustments related to returns

·        Assist with other Supply Chain related tasks and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education and/or equivalent, preferably in a related field of study such as Supply Chain Management

·        Ocean shipment experience (from China to North America)

·        Familiarity with shipping terms and documents (e.g. packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, waybills, etc.)

·        Advanced MS Excel experience

·        Proactive attitude with excellent problem solving skills

·        Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to balance a variety of priorities simultaneously

·        High level of attention to detail

·        Experience in SAP Business One is an asset
