Knowledge in:
Supply chain management,
Knock down, unit knock down, complete knock down and so on,
Scheduling process,
Supplier evaluation process,
Material ordering and receiving process,
Inventory management system,
Auto component and their properties,
MRP, ERP systems and so on,
Customs and logistics process
With the above knowledge, candidate should get the following work done from his team members:
Supplier capacity analysis and key delivery parameters
To ensure systematic information flow to the suppliers in terms of production plan and recovery plan.
Ensure supplier understands the schedule fluctuation at right time to support without any stoppage in supply.
Ensure continual supplier delivery performance increase
Have proper reporting skills
