JOB DESCRIPTION:
A] As Supply Chain SRM Executive, Responsibilities include:
1.Understanding the project items to be procured and formalizing the general and item specific questionnaire to be sent to various suppliers for pre-order and Post-order 'Supplier’s Risk Assessment'.
2.Follow-up for obtaining supplier’s responses, collating and analyzing data & details received.
3.Coordinate & collaborate with other functions like Project, Contract, Finance, Quality etc. to formalize identification of risk associated with particular supplier for respective items.
4.Input to risk logs and opportunity assessment reports as outlined in the organizational procurement practices.
5.Coordinate to establish SOP, Formats, templets and process for 'Supplier’s Risk Assessment' and 'Post Order Performance (w.r.t. pre-order risk identified)'
6.Coordinating with respective buyer, PPM, PMT, QA representatives to schedule Supplier Visits for required assessment.
7.Track and maintain reports, supplier responses and related information in respective data bank/folders.
8.Coordinating with other professionals to implement changes and new systems
9.Create processes and methods to gather required supply chain data
10.Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
11.Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
12.Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
13.Prepare and circulate presentations as required. B] As Supply Chain Analyst,
Responsibilities include:
1.Effective co-ordination with internal stake holders for activities related to analysis of Post order data / events from PO issuance till Receipt of Material at site.
2.Steer establishing guidelines and carrying out Supplier Performance analysis for the completed PO.
3.Coordinate and formalize, mainly for 'Post Order Functioning' SOPs, Work Instruction and other standard departmental documents.
4.Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
