Airowire Networks jobs - Support Analyst

• Network upkeep and maintenance encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall &  NAC Devices; niche Technologies like SD-WAN,SASE platforms to name a few ,with the help of Network monitoring tools.

• Monitoring of Service provider’s assets for their Availability & Quality.
• Engagement with respective Internet service providers in case of any disruption in services.Timely follow ups with service providers via phone and emails , Timely updates to all the respective stakeholders - users at the locations affected or to be affected in case of a scheduled outage.

• Managing & configuring functionality in Network monitoring Tools.

• Daily/Weekley/Montly report generation  for the tickets logged with ISPs and network support as per Business requirements.

• Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to Business.

Qualification

• Degree - NOT mandatory

• 0 to 18 months of professional experience (corporate preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills - English
• Basic computer and internet skills - MS Word; Excel
• Quick learning skills and attention to detail are added advantages
• Inclination towards learning new tools; applications; and technologies
