Support Engineer (Shared Services)
2-7 years; Mumbai, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to solution users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs
- Exposure to Azure, strong Linux, Windows administration skills
- Resolve incidents and problems associated with IT solutions developed & deployed at client sites
- Resolve / Troubleshoot Users technical issues
- Using Ticketing tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Technical - Hardware, Network and OS, Azure services
- ITIL Knowledge- Incident request, change request
- Knowledge/Experience in web applications and languages like Python/Django, Java, front end technologies (JS, ReactJS, Angular etc.) would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills as there would be client interaction involved. Fluent in English - both written and spoken
To be able and flexible to work 24X7, rotational shifts
Minimum 2 years of service Desk Experience Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS
Experience: At least 2 years as an IT Support Desk / Infrastructure support specialist.
