Support Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Brief:

We are looking for self-driven, resourceful, and energetic Support Engineer / Project Engineer to join us. Your main responsibility will be to understand, implement, configure and manage various ELV Solutions like Structure Cabling System, Unified Communication System, Telepresence & Collaboration Solution, Enterprise Network – Wired, Wireless, and Network Security, Servers & Storage / Data Centre, Security & Surveillance – CCTV Camera / Access Control / Time-Attendance Systems / Access Gates / Parking Management Systems, Fire Alarm System, Public Addressing Systems, Building Management Solutions, etc.

We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and to be able to work independently.

What you will do:

• Understanding of various solutions, Install, Configure, Manage, and Upgrade Hardware and Software.
• Manage and monitoring of performance and maintain various solutions according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and outages.
• Build an internal library with technical documentation, manuals, prepare and update route cause.
• Develop expertise by participating in various trainings.
