You will:

Essential Requirements:

• 1 year of experience with a professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
• Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
• Qualification -BE/B.Tech.

Desirable Requirements:

• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of GST & e-invoice.
• Hands on making good presentations.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Self-motivated and a good Team player.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic Computer skills.
