Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar field or equivalent experience.
3-4 years of experience
Project Management Institute PMP certification preferred.
Previous project or program experience covering initiation, planning, execution, controlling, closing, as well as maintenance required.
Experience influencing people to drive action without authority is critical.
Change management expertise required.
Advanced level of expertise using Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of any combination of Salesforce.com, SAP, Vantive, SAP and Hyperion may be required.
SharePoint workspace administration required. Advanced management including working with objects, components, and modules helpful.
Microsoft Project experience required.
Microsoft Visio experience required.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings and influence decisions.
Must have excellent listening skills in order to gather customer/user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and preparing quick pointed summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
May takes a leading role in senior level presentations with management teams.
Ability to talk to all levels of the organization.
Ability to understand complex business problems and deliver solutions focused on technological improvements and increasing process efficiency.
Pays attention to detail; instills quality in all deliverables.
Confers with business partners to analyze current operational procedures, create use cases and identify problems.
Proven ability to develop and maintain global virtual relationships.
May lead cross-functional or virtual teams with multiple projects and tasks
Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.
