We are a newly established Sushi cloud kitchen in Mumbai and are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for creating new and interesting recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Help in menu planning and kitchen setup

• Prepare and present sushi dishes

• Train and supervise new kitchen staff

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Chef

• Knowledge of sushi making techniques and equipment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work without constant supervision

• Must be willing to work flexible hours
