Job Description
We are a newly established Sushi cloud kitchen in Mumbai and are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for creating new and interesting recipes.
Responsibilities:
Help in menu planning and kitchen setup
Prepare and present sushi dishes
Train and supervise new kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Chef
Knowledge of sushi making techniques and equipment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work without constant supervision
Must be willing to work flexible hours
