Following Skill-set are required:
Expertise in C, C++ Programming, IST Switch, relational Database Concepts with Payments
Must have experience in the payments industry along with ISO8583/Switches/POS/EMV data.
Good and Strong exposure in switch application.
Hands-on experience on any database like MySQL, Postgres...etc.
Hands on experience with Switch payment integration
Should have experience in Debit and Credit transaction flows.
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, scrum, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
Certifications with Schemes partners as Visa/MC/Europay and exposure about the VTS/MC simulators.
Exposure to application servers will be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
