Sysadmin and Support Engineer - Global IS team
Location: India, Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a focal point for system support Globally (service tickets, KPI’s measurement)
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Maintain system routines (overall system health control, performance, interfaces, reports, documentation, training etc.)
- Support Implementation of new modules and system enhancements – testing, building reports, conduct professional trainings, create training materials
- Work with Global IS team, internal IS customers, vendors
Requirements :
- Proven experience in Business applications support
- Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Project management processes in a Global organization – advantage
- Experience in Sciforma & Concur - advantage
- Strong analytical skills – Analyzing data & BI
- Experience with MS Office tools (incl. advanced functions in Excel)
- Fluent in English
- Self-Learning ability
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Work in shifts is required
