Sysadmin and Support Engineer - Global IS team

Location: India, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a focal point for system support Globally (service tickets, KPI’s measurement)
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Maintain system routines (overall system health control, performance, interfaces, reports, documentation, training etc.)
  • Support Implementation of new modules and system enhancements – testing, building reports, conduct professional trainings, create training materials
  • Work with Global IS team, internal IS customers, vendors 

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Business applications support
  • Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Project management processes in a Global organization – advantage
  • Experience in Sciforma & Concur - advantage
  • Strong analytical skills – Analyzing data & BI
  • Experience with MS Office tools (incl. advanced functions in Excel)
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-Learning ability
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Work in shifts is required
