Experience Required: 2-3 years
Graduate with minimum 2-3 year of experience in managing the IT Infrastructure
Skills
· Working Experience in Operating Systems (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Server OS and Linux)
· Network Topology and Network Device Understanding
· Basic Routing & Switching Knowledge
· AD Implementation & Integration
· Working Knowledge on Printers, Surveillance Cameras and Video Conferencing Solutions.
· Good Communication
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems
· OS / Software Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting.
· Troubleshoot Hardware and Software related issues.
· Email Client Configuration and Troubleshooting.
· To co-ordinate and raise Support Ticket to TAC (OEM Team)
· To monitor and manage the implemented device
· To take a regular backup and reports ( Log maintenance)
Certification
· CCNA (Optional )
