Your Role and Responsibilities
As System Admin, you are responsible to provide technical support to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the service outage or disasters.

Responsibilities:

To manage 24x7 Technical support as system admin.
Work in 24x7 Shift at client site.
To work on Intel Server Hardware, OS & SAN.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Server, Linux, Windows, SAS & Data Backup.
To Coordinate with multiple domain owners for technical resolution.
Windows Active Directory & Group policy Administration
Work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA
Planning and execution of complex and production changes.
Troubleshooting complex and business critical issues
Active Participation in DR activities
Disaster recovery planning and execution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3+ years of experience in System Administration.
Experience with Redhat OS.
Hands-on knowledge & working experience on System Admin, Redhat & backup software.
Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP will be added advantage.
ITIL Knowledge (Incident /Problem /Change Management)
Solid troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager’s thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration
Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Working knowledge about Daily/Weekly & Monthly reporting dashboard.
Experience in SLA management and Intel servers & OS compliance.
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience on assessment of environment.
Knowledge on Problem Management, RCA/problem resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge with Data Center Services.
Knowledge on Application deployments.
