Technical Skills
Experience on installations and configurations of D365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX.
Knowledge on the Build Agents, Agent Pools,Pipelines and Deployments.
Knowledge on all Microsoft LifeCycle Services.
Knowledge on all Azure DevOps services.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT requests and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
Efficiently lead migrations, implementation changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the MS Dynamics infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve technical issues and provide support and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Dynamics systems.
Efficiently triage and troubleshoot system monitoring or user reported issues.
Assist with application installation, upgrade, backup, and testing.
Comfortable dealing with APIs and Utilizing ODATA/REST interfaces.
