BE / BCA / Any specialisatiom

Experience required: 2 to 5

Job Profile: System Administrator

Job Description: 2+ years’ experience in LMS administration (SumTotal LMS an advantage)

OR

2+ years’ experience in any of the eLearning authoring tools (DominKnow an advantage)

Experience designing content for mobile deployment - Added advantage

Experience working in a regional or global environment preferred

Experience with Reporting / Metric skills (SAP Business Objects / Excel experience an advantage) Core Responsibilities – eLearning Authoring:

Develop eLearning modules and eAssessments from storyboards or PowerPoint decks

Propose enhancements to the design to leverage available functionality and increase interactivity and engagement

Edit and update eModules and eAssessment as needed

Support the localization and translation needs of markets

Publish packages according to agreed standards

Core Responsibilities – LMS Administration:

Set up, maintain, and retire self-study courses, assessments, and instructor-led courses 

Manage assignments and rosters 

Ensure GCO Training processes, coding standards, and setup guidelines are consistently followed to enable reporting and analysis 

Provide advice to Training Colleagues on best setup for their activities

Other duties as required – Pfizer’s technology infrastructure evolves over time
