The System Analyst position will work in a team environment to lead efforts for delivering IT-based business solutions.  This will involve engaging clients, internal experts, consultants, contracted resources and users to identify business needs. The role will require contribution in all aspects of solution delivery from discovery through implementation and support.  

Key Skills/Job Responsibilities:

• Need to have good knowledge (or) training/certification in .NET technologies , SQL Server.
• Business process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge on OOPS concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Should be able to effectively communicate with the U.S based IT analysts
• Good collaboration and relational skills; comfortable working with other skilled professionals on project teams toward common goals
• Understanding of basic business practices including cost, value and risk analysis
• Database concepts 
• Good knowledge on Microsoft SQL queries and stored procedures
