Job Description:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of IT experience.
- End user technical support for Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Account Management and client applications.
- Install, upgrade and troubleshoot windows server 2008, 2012 and 2106.
- Hardware troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance support for PC desktop systems, laptops & Vendor Coordination. ( parts replacement, part ordering, part return)
- Familiar with DC, AD, DNS, DHCP and other active directory services.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers and servers.
- Strong Knowledge on Backup applications, Virtualization & Cloud Computing.
- To provide in-person, remote, phone and e-mail general IT support to clients.
- To be technically proficient and demonstrate outstanding customer service.
- To troubleshoot and find permanent solutions for client issues; and temporary work-around s when necessary.
- To effectively communicate with Team and Clients as to status of work at the beginning of, during and at the end Maintenance.
- To complete projects or assignments as given by IT.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep abreast of the latest technological advances.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff in difficult or conflictive situations.
- Advantage if have application knowledge/experience on MS Exchange, SQL & Sharepoint services.
- Monitoring Antivirus updates and MS patches.
- Handling Monitoring tool and ticketing systems.
Mandatory course: MCITP or MCSA
Location: Bangalore
Salary: INR upto 4,00,000 Per Annum
