Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the management of IT assets, including hardware and software, by ensuring that they are accurately tracked and updated in the asset management system
2. Assist with the procurement of new IT assets as needed, including working with vendors to obtain quotes and purchase equipment
3. Help to ensure that all IT assets are properly licensed and that software licenses are up-to-date
4. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the asset management system, including running reports and conducting audits as needed
5. Work on 1st-level troubleshooting for all IT-related issues and tickets to ensure that all service requests and incidents are worked on
6. Provide support to end-users with IT asset-related inquiries, such as software installations and hardware replacements
7. Work on asset assignments and recovery for new and exit users as per company policy
8. Help senior IT team with IT audit activities

Skills & Requirements:

1. Knowledge of system management Windows and Mac
2. Familiarity with system hardware and software
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
