Your Role and Responsibilities
As System Services Representative, you are responsible to provide remote and on-site L1/L2 technical support for MVS/IBM Logo/Networking products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of MVS/IBM Logo/Networking products, software and operating systems
• Deliver L1/L2 support to internal Field support team and visit customer site for onsite support
• Exchange information, ideas, and concepts with clients, partners and internal Team
• Use specialized technical knowledge to identify, evaluate, and resolve various interrelated problems from several sources
• Recommend improvements to established procedures for long term stability of IT Infra environment
• Ensure timely resolution of server/storage/networking/laptop/desktop/other IT/Infra equipment calls logged by client(s)

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure domain
• Expertise in installation, maintenance and repair of Server/storage/networking/laptop/desktop/other IT/Infra equipment
• Proficient in working worked in field and multiple on-site client locations in the region

Demonstrated knowledge with consulting mindset and ability to advise customers

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Telecom domain experience is an added plus
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
