Job Description :
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Handle Pre Sales & Post-Sales support for Bitraser.
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to partners
- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ability to demonstrate BitRaser products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
- Document every activity & stage in ZOHO CRM
Key Skills:
• Sales oriented and good skills in account management and exposure to international market
• Great understanding of online digital media technology.
Qualifications:
• MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) is desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computers/Computer Science from a reputed university.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, troubleshooting, Software/CRM/ERP sales, Networking etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good Command over written and Spoken English.
• Willing to work in Evening/Night shifts.
