Roles & Responsibility 

• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, workstations, etc)
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
• Installing anti-virus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Technical support for people using the network
• Training staff on new systems
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network usage
• Planning future improvements
• Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Can easily solve hardware and network problems
• Experience with monitoring systems
• IoT Products Installation
• Purchase IoT products
• Excellent with all IT things
• Good at problem-solving
• Good at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
• Able to explain technical problems in a simple way
• Good in a team
• Dedicated to keeping their skills and knowledge of fresh
• A clear understanding of your employers business and the needs of the users of the systems
