Role

Team lead role responsible for the design and development of highly scalable and robust applications, systems and research technologies to solve complex business problems.
The role demands ability to significantly contribute at all stages of project lifecycle and strong collaboration.
The individual should have deep background in core computer sciences and engineering, with experience in one of the areas such as Financial services, Distributed systems, Services at scale, Secure DevOps, Data sciences, AI & ML, UI/UX and Information security. Work in a fast-paced iterative SDLC process using Agile methodologies.
Ability to lead small teams and mentor them to solve complex problems. This role is for of wholesale Capital Finance applications

Responsibilities

Design, develop and test software engineering solutions to perform at scale.
Work with stakeholders to research new technologies, frameworks, tools, and proof of concepts. Develop reusable solutions that can be shared with multiple groups.
Write functional documents and design technical specifications.

Qualifications

Essential

8 to 12+ years of application development, deployment, maintenance & production support experience.
8 to 12+ years of C#.Net & SQL Server, development experience with the following technologies – C#.Net, ASP.Net, Web services, MVC framework.
8+ years of in the following UI technologies – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & Angular 5
Experience in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) development with expertise in the following technologies – SOAP, Restful web services.
Expertise in core software engineering
Advanced level expertise in data structures and algorithms, object oriented programming, design patterns and concurrent programming; Agile/TDD
Advanced level expertise in at least one of: Relational data stores; Operating systems/computer architecture; Networking; Performance Engineering
Expect independent decision making on technical solutions, be proactive and drive projects to completion.
Ability to innovate, passion to explore new technologies and strategies, ability to connect technologies and tools to problem space. Active participation in open source software development and the technology community (Github contributions, writing technical blogs, technology discussions and talks). High quality & Timely delivery of projects to stakeholder. Adhere to defined standards - architectural, design, coding guidelines
