Market Job Description

Role

Strong in process mining & business analysis for technology banking development projects and will be directly responsible for coordinating between business and technical teams.

Own and drive end-to-end the implementation of the Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) technology across various processes
Help Line of Business drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc)
Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) technical requirements
Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets Line of Business requirements
Connect the Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) platform with the business systems
Extract and transform business data and load them into the Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) platform
Design process and process-specific dashboards, analyses and reports
Present implementation results to senior level executives and other business teams
Organize and lead onsite business team workshops
Good in communication and coordination with an aptitude to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
Should have strong Business process analysis skills and own the end to end process and is responsible for creation of business process models and variations, etc. Work with business team and help outlining the business requirements and functional specifications
Should have good knowledge of various process mining platforms such as Celonis, etc and enable Robotic process automation teams to design/develop solutions which are scalable and cross-platform compatible
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others. Deliver effective presentations.
Consistently generate creative, resourceful solutions to problems, Clarify complex data or situations so that others can comprehend, respond, and contribute.
Demonstrate the ability to represent the work group to key groups outside the group or department.
Integrate ideas and inputs from different sources to find innovative solutions and should look for opportunities to improve the system/ application/ process.
Should guide and mentor the junior team members and closely work /assist team members in handling scheduled/unscheduled issues
Experience in at least one process mining tool is a must such as Celonis, Process Gold, Kofax Insight, ARIS, ProM, ProDiscovery, QPR Process Analyzer, Process Diamond, etc.
Must be willing to leverage existing development best practices to drive measurable results within a program :
Must possess real time use cases analysis in process mining tool set and ability to demonstrate what the challenge was, how it was addressed, and why the approach was successful.

Desired

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.E.) or Post Graduate.
Experience in at least one process mining tool is a must such as Celonis, Process Gold, Kofax Insight, ARIS, ProM, ProDiscovery, QPR Process Analyzer, Process Diamond, etc.
3-5 years of experience in Implementation of Process mining projects/ management / process improvement / technology consulting, professional services, or software services/implementations
Deep understanding of Business processes and map to potential solutions such as Robotic Process Automation or Analytics/Insight, etc.
Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
SQL and data visualization experience
Work experience and Domain knowledge in Banking & Financial services
Strong communication skills; ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
