As an architect, you will beresponsible for defining IP HW & SoC specifications, understanding systemrequirements and use scenarios, driving hardware architecture and collaborationwith the SW teams on feature definiton
Basic Qualifications
10+ years industry experience insystem specification / HW design / verification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in EE
Skills Needed
Experience inspecifying/designing/verifying clocks, resets, bus-fabric, power management,DMA, boot process, security, safety etc.
Excellence in collaborating andcommunicating with HW & SW design teams, on topics ranging frommicro-architecture to system-level topics and SW architecture
Knowledge of ARM Cortex family ofCPUs.
Excellent analytical andwritten/verbal skills
Experience with common peripherals:ADCs, CAN, Ethernet, serial communication IPs etc.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive and own the HW architecture,driving systems/HW/SW co-design and collaboration on features
Collaborate with IP/SoC design, FW& applications teams on design & validation
Comprehend system-level andcustomer-driven use cases in validation to build competitive products with theright power/performace/area trade-offs and bench-marking
Demonstrate and drive technicalinnovation to drive road-map of capabilities
Hardware specification authoring
Mentor junior engineers
