Job Title: Systems Engineer Linux Administrator Category:

Job Description:

Education: BE/BTech- ECE/CSE
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator.
Domain knowledge: Experience in managing highly available, scalable and reliable Linux Environments.

Requirements

Should have minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux Administrator
Expertise in Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts
Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
Linux Package management
Installation, configuration of Web/Application/Database servers in Linux
Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be an advantage
Strong problem solving and communication skills Key Skills: Roles and Responsibilities:
Linux Server Administration
Linux Package Management, Deployment, Installation configuration of Enterprise and Customer applications.
Flexible to work across a broad range of technologies.
Willing to learn and take on challenges.
