Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou are a Systems Management Specialist, who will perform daily health check, regularly update anti-virus keep system in compliant as per the IT standards, provide access to user post all the approvals. Creation of user ID as per the standards and business requirement.Responsibilities:- As System Administrator – Production Support Engineer, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of servers.
- You will include executing procedures for the maintenance of product infrastructure, delivery infrastructure, and internal IT operations for the IBM Clinical Development business.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Minimum 5+ years of experience in applications development using Java Spring Framework with expertise on JavaScript, AngularJS
- Working knowledge of AA Control Room Admin (i.e certificates of Automation Anywhere Control Room Administrator)
Experience with Windows Server 2016 Administrator (Windows 2016 Server Administration Certificate or similar)
Hands-on knowledge of AA as developer (i.e certificates of Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional or higher)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Solid understanding of excel Macros, SQLs , Python APIs, PGP Encryption, SFTP, SPSS modeler, Form Experience Builder (FEB)
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
