The team support the complete Retirement hosted solution through multiple functions, and Application Support is one of them.

What You Will Be Doing

This position is for Application Support for Relius Platform. With multiple customers hosted in ASP environment, this position supports daily queue management, projects, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance. Relius has tight SLA's with clients to maintain their uptime, hence it is imperative that all the issues are handled with priority and clients uptime is maintained.

What You Bring

Knowledge / Experience

• Extensive experience of application support based on Windows Servers
• Experience on Windows server and its components
• Exposure on Databases and executing basic queries (queries will be provided by DB team)
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
• Managing tickets (JIRA/SNOW, etc) and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Take ownership of projects and deliver on it on time, keeping all stakeholders updated on status periodically
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  
  

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Some technical experience with Windows, VMware, SQL Server/Oracle, other middleware technologies
• Practical experience of public/private cloud technologies
• Microsoft Windows Server
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent
• ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator \u2013 ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail \u2013 track record of authoring high quality documentation
• Organized approach \u2013 manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
