Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with job posting and sourcing candidates for open positions
2. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews
3. Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
5. Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
6. Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and other recruiting materials
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 600 per hiring).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
