Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Remote

Job Length: Fulltime

This position offers the potential to grow within our company to a variety of assignments as well as moving up the ladder of success, with a primary focus on recruitment and the successful staffing for our clients. 

Requirements:

• Recruitment Responsibilities including sourcing applicants, video screening applicants, monitoring and reviewing applications.
• Source candidates from various social media platforms and job portals
• ​Formatting resumes, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling candidate calls, in addition to evolving with the needs of the team as it relates to the responsibilities of this role.
• Deliver qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for both immediate and forecast hiring needs as determined by leadership to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail, able to multi-task as well as take initiative and the ability to prioritize, learn new concepts, and work well in a team environment is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant major.
• Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources or another relevant department- nice to have
• Previous online recruiting experience on multiple platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite and google docs/Gmail software.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times.
• The candidate will work on US shift timing.
