Daily Job Functions:

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  
• Scheduling interview with technical Panel based on availability.
  
• Collecting feedback from the recruiter and communicating with the candidate on time.
  
• Performing reference and background checks
  
• Negotiate compensation, closing consultants and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
  
• Making recommendations to the company hiring managers.
  
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and preparing Job Description.
  
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
  
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  
• Follow up with candidates
  
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and get a referral.
