Job description

Design and update job descriptions
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Orienting new employees to the organization by collecting required documents, agreement signing and other formalities.
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
Upholding the culture of AbleCold by conducting activities like team outings and team meetings.

Required skills/ experience:

Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Sound judgement and empathy.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing needs.
Should be proficient in English and Hindi
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role would be a preferred
