• Follow-up till the final rounds
  
• Suggest and  Negotiate the salaries 
  
• Engage with the candidate till joining and post that as well 
  
• Source quality profiles from portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and through reference & Network.
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements with excellent output.
  
• Coordinating with Candidates and the Client in terms of arranging interviews.
