Interview Process : Telephonic round and Zoom call
Your spectrum of responsibilities will include:
-Sourcing of Candidates
-Screening (on-call and on video)
-Shortlisting using Naukri and other portals
-IT Hiring
-Handling and following up on further rounds of Interview
-Initiation of Offer Processing
-Offer release supervision
-Joining of Candidate
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR only
(Minimum 6 months of experience in the relavant profile is required)
