Brief about the role :
Talent Acquisition consultant is a new role at Anram developed as we see huge demand from our preferred list of clients
Will also be responsible for executing a highly innovative recruiting strategy to meet our client's critical project staffing needs.
Will be responsible for elevating the relationship with the candidates and requires a thorough understanding of the client's requirements and translating them into business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
An individual should have a solid background of recruiting in the IT staffing industry.
Must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio for contract and full-time positions.
Candidate needs to be a hard worker with strong communication and recruit high-quality matching candidates for the
technical requirements in a fast-paced environment for our direct clients. Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
Should have ability to perform proactive recruitment to close positions in a very competitive environment by thoroughly analysing, researching and understanding technical skills of the requirements.
Should have a previous track record of success in placing Mid & Sr level IT professionals into advanced technologies through
professional and social channels and responsible for entire hiring process from sourcing of a resource to placement.
Actively participate in client meetings and coordinate with Jr Level recruiters and interns on the floor.
Should have had extensive hands-on experience in using ATS and VMS systems along with Linkedin.
Strong educational background with good concepts, should have worked with top-notch recruiting firms and supported F500 clients into ERP, Cloud, Analytics, Mobility and IoT areas.
Well versed with the trending technologies and able to strike interesting conversations on the projects and able to foster long-term relationships with the candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Should be a graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in working with a recruiting industry. MBA with HR specialization is preferred.
Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks.
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.
Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethic.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Out of the box thinker. Ready to go the extra mile to meet the client’s needs. High on integrity.
