Role & Responsibilities:
Preparation of Job Description based on mandates/specifications given by the DeliveryManagerSourcing matching profiles using various unconventional techniques using Job Boards, job postings, Social Media, Head Hunting, References, Professional networks, etc., Screening and validating candidates to ensure the best quality through robust interviewingtechniquesDocumentation of the interviews for the ease of decision making communicate with the Candidates and Hiring Manager for the interview schedules and feedback follow up with the selected candidates and ensure their joiningMaintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks maintain the candidate's database.
