• Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken English)
• Responsible for engaging and sourcing candidates through social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc
• Harvesting CVs from recruitment portals 
• Increasing brand awareness targets specific audiences for talent acquisition
• Conducts first-level round of interviews with potential candidates to establish the right fit
• Regularly provides feedback, insights and analytics to department heads and other key stakeholders across the company to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
