What you'll do1-Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, and effectively managing candidates relationships.
2-Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
3-Providing guidance and support to hiring managers to constantly upgrade the hiring process. In charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
4-Manage well all the data associated with the recruitment process. Data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieving operational excellence.
5-Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to cope with the competitive market.
