We are looking for a skilled and energetic In-house to join the talent acquisition team and help the organization in the process of hiring top talents in a timely and efficient manner while also promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
JOB Location -Noida 
Nature Of Hiring - 70% Non IT || 30% IT ( mechanical /electrical / textile / chemical )
Domain Industry - Power || Chemical || EPC || Infrastructure || Railway || Automobile || IT Etc. 
Salary - Open for Right Talent 
Requirements--+6 Months to 5 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition|| Recruitment || Sr. Recruiter || Team Lead || Account Manager 

What you'll do
1-Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, and effectively managing candidates relationships.
2-Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
3-Providing guidance and support to hiring managers to constantly upgrade the hiring process. In charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
4-Manage well all the data associated with the recruitment process. Data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieving operational excellence.
5-Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to cope with the competitive market.

1-experience in the end to end recruitment or Open to Learn 
2-Strong and effective communication skills.
3-Diplomatic and a proven ability in building up effective relationships.
4-Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies to develop a good talent pipeline.
5-Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
6-Experience of working in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
7-Ability to liaise with senior management both within the business and HR groups.
8-Basic knowledge of other HR fields.
