Talent Acquisition Executive (0-1 year of experience)

  • Responsible for internal (vertical/lateral) hiring processes within the organization.
  • Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the recruitment system.
  • Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Support the overall recruitment team in various administrative tasks.
