We are looking for fresh as well as experienced talent acquisition executive/specialist to join the human resources department and oversee full-cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1) Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (preferred).
2) Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks and platforms.
3) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.(preferred).
4) Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
5) Bachelors or masters in human resource or relevant fields.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
1) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & selection criteria.
2) Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
4) Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
5) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
6) Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
7) Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
8) Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
