Responsibilities:
· Implement recruiting strategies to find the right person for each role in the organization, keeping diversity and inclusion as core values. This includes various activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding prospective team members.
· Build the company's brand as a strong engineering company by holding hackathons, engaging with various local engineering groups and other related initiatives.
· Support HR functions (5% to 10%) when needed.
