We are offering 3 months of “UNPAID INTERNSHIP” to demonstrate yourself. We are recruiting and staffing company spread across disciplines ranging from e-commerce implementations, Data warehousing and Big data solutions. We offer clients reliable quality and complete support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.

2. Screening potential employee’s resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

3. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (Resume screening, Screening calls and interviews)

4. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

5. Communicate regularly with HR team to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.

6. Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate.

Requirements:

1. Candidates pursuing/ Completed Human Resource In their Master’s

2. Freshers are also welcome.

3. Good at research and development skills as well as outstanding presentation skills are mandatory.

4. Must come up with new innovative ideas which enhances the HR process & functionality in the firm.
