Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing top talent through various channels and platforms
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Participate in conducting initial screening interviews and gathering candidate information
4. Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various talent acquisition projects
6. Review and shortlist candidate resumes based on job requirements
7. Maintain recruitment databases and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:
1. Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
3. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
4. Familiarity with recruitment practices and tools (previous internship experience is a plus)
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
